After many years working as a chef in some of Munster's top-class restaurants, David Norris returned to his home town, Tralee, Co.Kerry to open his own business in December 2000.

David's aim was to introduce Tralee to high-quality modern Irish cuisine in a creative and innovative manner while maintaining excellent value for money.

Succeeding in doing so, Restaurant David Norris quickly became Tralee's leading restaurant.
